Music
On one end of the musical spectrum is the Shreveport Symphony Orchestra. It has performed for 60 seasons. The Shreveport Opera, too, is a vibrant source of music. Today, residents are proud of guitarists James Burton - of Elvis' TCB Band and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame - and million-selling blues rocker Kenny Wayne Shepherd. This is a city of eclectic offerings in music.
