Mardi Gras in the Ark-LA-Tex
Mardi Gras in the Ark-La-Tex provides great fun for families, as well as those who like to party hard! Over the course of the two major parade weekends, there are seven parades. The two largest parades, Krewe of Centaur and Krewe of Gemini, offer a no-alcohol family zone.
This party is a grand display of pageantry. The floats are meticulously crafted to reflect various themes. Millions of throws and trinkets are tossed to those below yelling, "Throw me something Mister!" Bring your lawn chairs and a bag to hold all of the throws you'll catch!
