Capri Theater
The Capri Theatre is located at 620 Milam
Street Downtown Shreveport.
The Capri became legendary in the early 80's as the premiere nightclub in the state and had a resurrection in the late 90's. Now under the direction of Charles Lombardino, the man responsible for bringing you Seven Sisters, Charlies 29 Club, Club Isabella, The Havana, The Voodoo Cafe, & Chicago Downtown, The Capri will reclaim her throne as Shreveport's premier upscale entertainment venue.
It was built in in 1906 as the original Saenger Theatre and was the flagship until the Saenger Brothers built the Strand Theatre.
